Formed in 2009 in Lausanne, Snurfu plays a raw rock that smells hot amps and sweat.
Fat riffs, banging rhythm, limitless power: the group rocks a frontal sound, designed for live performances.
On stage, it’s an explosion, just guts and contagious energy.
Snurfu is good sound that sets fire!
Loud. Sweaty. Unfiltered.
After a first EP in 2011 named “Bag of Bones”, in 2013 the band recorded its debut album called “Play This Game” mixed / mastered by Neal Calderwood (The Answer, Crobot) and released in 2014. Then they hit the road to play tons of gigs including an appearance to the Montreux Jazz Festival.
Five years after their debut full-length effort, Snurfu members got back in studio on Fall 2019 to record their sophomore album “Round Two”, released on Spring 2020.
Playing officially as a four-piece band since 2025, their new sound and energy gave birth to the EP “Stage Fever”, released in April 2026, mixed and mastered by Yann Rouiller (Nazareth, Stevans).
