Founded in Udine, Northern Italy, in 2018, Broken Wings are the result of a strong friendship and a shared vision of rock music: direct, visceral, melodic, and uncompromising.

The lineup includes Massimo Zanuttini (guitar), Ilenia Serini (drums), Sabrina Coianiz (vocals), and Gabriele Plai (bass). With musical backgrounds that include international experiences—such as playing legendary venues like the Rainbow and Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles—Broken Wings draw from ’70s and ’80s heavy metal, hard rock, and rock ‘n’ roll, reworking them with a contemporary attitude and a personal, experimental style.

In 2022, they released their debut album, “Against the Wind”, which was enthusiastically received, especially in live performances. The band has shared the stage with major artists such as Europe, Wolfmother, The Dead Daisies, Crashdiet, Pretty Boy Floyd, The Cruel Intentions, Vicious Rumors, and Pino Scotto, establishing themselves as a solid presence in the national and international rock scene.

2025 marks Broken Wings’ return to the studio with a new album of original songs titled “23”: a more mature, powerful, and inspired record, where sharp riffs, overwhelming grooves, and profound lyrics reflect the band’s evolution and their ever-burning vision of rock.
